Report on the BenQ company Challenge

Introduction:

The BenQ Company was not able to submit their reports on time. There were many reasons for instance workload, old fax machines, lack of collaboration and teamwork etc. Therefore the president of the company has asked the solution from the employees. Now, the company has come up with 3 proposed solutions.

Purpose:

The main purpose of this report was to recommend the best possible solution to the company.

Analytical Study:

The company has 3 solutions. These all were critically examined on the basis of some parameter. As it shows in the below table:

Conclusion :

Every problem have some negative aspects. But for the benefit of the company we should adopt the most effective solution. Which was 1st solution. The company should not adopt 2nd solution because it will take time of hiring new employees and there was no guarantee of getting reports on time.  3rd solution was also not too much effective because employees needs training of new software and it requires huge investment also.

Recommendation:

I would recommend the first solution which was given by Rakesh buying new modern fax devices because his solution was not costly. It will improve the communication skill between regional offices and central office. And it will reduce the time gap so that regional offices can submit their reports on time. Along with these this idea didn't require any prior training because employees were already familiar with fax machine.
