    Prepared by Akansha Introduction: The BenQ Company was not able to submit their reports on time.  There were many reasons  for instance workload, old fax machines, lack of collaboration and teamwork etc.  Therefore the president of the company has asked the solution from the employees. Now, the company has come up with 3 proposed solutions. Purpose: The main purpose of this report was to recommend the best possible solution to the company.
